Organising a company trip, incentive or event requires a great deal of preliminary groundwork. To obtain in-depth knowledge of all details we must analyse aspects such as the customer’s activities, the particular characteristics of the group and the objective or reason for the trip or event in question. This enables us to work on personalising and developing a fully custom-made product. Managing transfers is one of the aspects that can determine the success or failure of a trip and is not as simple as it seems. That’s why it is of vital importance to work with a network of trusted collaborators who can provide a rapid response and guarantee special care when dealing with customers. Our work as a DMC in the Basque Country requires, in addition to exhaustive knowledge of the destination, a good measure of creativity and the ability to adapt to any changes which may arise when managing a company incentive or event.
