Hagoos brings the world of wine and grape-picking to tourists with a perfect activity for sharing. The experience can be enjoyed in September and October, coinciding with the local grape harvesting period.

Visitors have the opportunity to become a grape grower, with a family tradition dating back more than a hundred years, learning the secrets of the trade and traditional wine growing, grape-picking and wine-making techniques first-hand in Rioja Alavesa.

This is an outdoor experience where you’ll use all five senses to learn more about the flora and fauna of this enormously rich landscape, while discovering charming history-packed villages dedicated to growing and tending grapes, such as Laguardia and Samaniego.
