The Basque Country is known because of its gastronomy and culture. One of the best aspects of this land is that we use local products of great quality and freshness for our best recipes.
In Hagoos, we make visitors feel like locals by taking them to the origins of the Basque gastronomy: we organize unique experiences where they’ll discover our products, their uses, growing ways… They’ll even have the opportunity to meet and interact with local farmers!
We offer different trips to visit local producers, such as to a “Tolosako” black beans plantation, an Idiazabal cheese farm, a Piment d’Espelette farm or a local Euskal Txerri pig farm.
When enjoying one of these experiences, the visitors will learn more about the cultivation or the production process, the packaging and commercialization, etc. And, of course, they will enjoy the flavors of this rich land and these products through a tasting!
